Felix T. S. Chan is a full-time professor in the School of Business, Macau University of Science and Technology, China. In 1986, he received his Ph.D. from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London, United Kingdom. His research interests include supply chain management, inventory control, big data, and more.
