Baoju Liu (IEEE Member) She received the Ph.D. degree fromthe BeijingUniversity of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China, in 2021.She is currently an Associate Professor with School of information and Engineeringof Pingdingshan University. Her research interests include networkmanagement and optimization, autonomic management, and the communication reliability of Energy Internet.
